Each week, campers will enjoy a variety of nature-themed games and adventurous activities at our beautiful Mill of Kintail location. Each day will include time spent playing, learning and exploring in the forested trails, stream, and fields. Our goal is for children to enjoy time in nature, have a blast, and learn something new about the wild world. For major activities, campers will be split by age groups as needed to ensure age-appropriate levels of play!

Join over 30 vendors every Sunday at the Arnprior Market from 9 am - 2 pm!

Our Annual Memorial Butterfly Release will take place on August 17,th 2025 at Robert Simpson Park. Participants are invited to join in a ceremony of remembrance as you release live  butterflies into the wild as a tribute to a loved one who has passed away. The butterfly is a symbol of transformation and the completion of a life cycle. 

If you’ve purchased a butterfly, the day begins at 10:30am, when you will receive your pre-purchased butterfly. The ceremony will begin at 11:00am with a welcome, music, blessing and reading of the names of those remembered, concluding with the butterfly release. 

Butterflies can be purchased throughout the year, however if you wish to take place in this year's ceremony we request that you pre-purchased before Friday, August 5^th.

Butterflies can be purchased at our office at 106 McGonigal St. West, Arnprior or by contacting our office 613-623-7981, or email Suzanne Giroux at suzannegiroux@cssagency.ca. 

Cost of butterflies: $25 for one butterfly, $45 for two, $70 for three, $85 for four, $100 for five.

Concerts in the Park is an annual summer series showcasing local talent on Robert Simpson Park's Gazebo Stage. Performances run from 2:00pm-4:00pm for ten Sundays, beginning on June 8th. The Town of Arnprior and the Recreation Department are excited to bring the sound of music back this summer. Come join us!
