Event Details:

A one of a kind opportunity for you and your family and friends to pay tribute to someone special through this symbolic gesture of life and beauty.  

All ages are welcome to join us, as you will be invited to release your pre-purchased butterflies into the wild along the beautiful Ottawa River at Robert Simpson Park as a way to honour and remember those who are no longer with us.

The event starts at 11:00 a.m., and butterflies must be pre-purchased by August 5th or earlier in case we run out!

This event begins with a warm welcome, music, a blessing and the reading of the names of those remembered before releasing the butterflies into the wild.
